12 Hour Cancellation & Late Policy
No Show Policy
Our patient are obligated to contact us 12 hours in advance for cancellations. If 12 hours is not given then the patient must pay $50 for failure our policy Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely massage care.. If a patient arrives late to a session they will receive treatment during the remaining time and will have to pay for the full session.
A no-show is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure 1st time “no-show” to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart and will result in a FULL charge on your credit card on file.
Arrival Policy
You must arrive 5-10 minutes early for any appointment to get the full length of the session you booked in order for you to be ready and complete any documentation before your scheduled time slot.
If you arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment, or late for your appointment, you understand the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and that you will pay for the full length of session that you booked.
We secure all appointments with a credit card on file. You won’t be charged until after your service, unless you cancel late or miss your appointment. Your credit card only holds your appointment time , as our therapists work by appointment. You’re welcome to pay with cash, gift certificate, or a different credit card at checkout.

Insurance Policy
-We Accept HSA & FSA Cards
-Full payment is due at the time of service
-We’ll provide a receipt for potential insurance reimbursement. Simply submit the emailed receipt to your insurance company for possible coverage.
