  • The combination of stretching techniques alongside deep tissue massage will ensure that body is able to recover from any deep tissue work. Strong and very firm. This may also include various powerful bodywork techniques such as compressions, acupressure, stretching, deep tissue, and hot stones to better achieve overall muscle relieve muscle tension, knots, and tightness.

  • Prescribed and intended to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a Physician. The Medical Massage Practitioner can use a variety of modalities or techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial release, Muscle testing, Trigger point therapy etc. but will focus the Medical Massage session on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis.

  • Deep-Thai Therapeutic Massage focuses on overall muscle relief and flexibility by combining deep tissue techniques with Thai-style stretching, acupressure, and hot stones, offering a strong, full-body treatment aimed at releasing general tension and tightness. In contrast, Advanced Medical Massage is a condition-specific treatment prescribed by a physician, targeting diagnosed issues using clinical techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, with the primary goal of supporting medical recovery and rehabilitation.

  • You do not need a prescription for massage therapy, although we always encourage you to let your doctor know that you are coming in for massage.

  • Timing between sessions matters. You’ll benefit more from 5 weekly sessions than from 5 sessions spread over 5 months. Seeing you every 1–2 weeks allows us to work progressively into deeper layers and related muscles. Gaps longer than 2 weeks may require repeating work and more sessions overall. Once you're out of pain, monthly maintenance can help keep you pain-free.

  • We currently accept both HSA and FSA cards at our office. You must call and check the ‘conditions of use’ for your plan. Some plans require a prescription for treatment from your doctor as well as a diagnosis. We are happy to provide medical receipts based on this information, for your insurance.

    We cannot accept other forms of insurance, but we are happy to provide a medical receipt for you to submit on your own. To find out if you have coverage, call your carrier and ask if you have ‘manual therapy coverage provide by a massage therapist’, some plans may have coverage but it requires you to go to a physical therapist or doctor.

  • Call us or Book Online, we do not take walk-ins. Appointment required—Same day appointment might be available. Typically we cannot accommodate same-day appointments. We are available six days a week, Monday, Wednesday - Saturday from 9am - 8pm. & Sunday from 12 pm - 6pm.

  • Not at this time, our female therapists are trained to work deeply. Please give the therapist feedback during your massage and remember, massage does not have to hurt to be effective.

  • No, we do not do house calls.

  • After we finish the intake section of a session, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress, get onto the table, and under the sheet/blanket in privacy. Only the body part being worked on is undraped and privates are always covered as required by state law. We encourage all clients to get used to receiving massage without clothing, especially if they have low back or hip problems, which require work directly on the hips, gluteals, and pelvis.

    However, not everyone is comfortable without the protective barrier of underwear, and clients can leave underwear and other clothing on at their discretion. Our therapists can use different techniques and work through clothing if needed.
